Jill Santopietro, a recipe writer and tester and food stylist for the New York Times Magazine, produces cooking videos titled kitchen 4B, her actual apartment number (older ones were titled Tiny Kitchen). Jill cooks everything in her New York City apartment’s 11.5 square foot kitchen. She also does occasional posts to the NYT Mag blog titled The Moment.

With no dishwasher, no garbage disposal and just two feet of counter space, Jill gets into a jam now and then. Still, she crams more into her 5–7 minute segments than most 30–60 minute TV shows! Check out her latest video.
